Revolution Motorhomes’ Zenith is the world’s first LWB van conversion motorhome with a full driver’s side slide-out that creates an internal living width of 2.7 metres. The Zenith has many features that rival other larger sized motorhomes, yet is in an easy to drive, car-licenced AWD or RWD vehicle under 23’ in length. 4×4 options available.

2 separate dining tables, large kitchen, permanent island bed, lounge, 1.5m wardrobe and a large rear ensuite with separate shower & toilet, the Zenith also has ample storage both inside and out.

Interior

Dining – 2 swivel seats with separate dining tables. Tables can be utilized outdoors with tripod footing. 

Kitchen – 1.5m x .95m bench, 3 burner gas hob/sink combo, Dometic CRX140 fridge/freezer, full length drawers, inverter microwave, double pole power points, overhead cabinet.

Bedroom – two bedside units, island full sized inner sprung double bed with queen size option, 1.5m wardrobe, overhead cabinet, 24” TV mounted on swivel base for uninterrupted viewing. Full under bed storage.

Rear Ensuite – large shower cubicle with solid doors, Instantaneous Hot Water system, separate swivel toilet, large vanity area, large under bench drawer, storage behind mirror can house the Daewoo mini washing machine/dryer.

The Vehicle

The all- new VW Crafter offers an 8-speed ZF automatic transmission with a torque converter that has been calibrated to enable comfortable handling. This is a proper automatic, with a twin-turbo 2.0 litre diesel producing 130 kw and 410 Nm.  It features Blue Motion technology that includes the stop/start system and regenerative braking and front assist emergency braking. The VW Crafter has a 5 year unlimited kms warranty.

The 4MOTION all-wheel drive system in the new Crafter provides reliable traction on practically every surface, a high level of active safety and permanently excellent straight-line performance. Used in this context in the new Crafter is the Haldex coupling.

It enables a variable distribution of drive system power between the front and rear axles. The Haldex coupling is solidly mounted on a rear axle specially developed for the purpose. The provision of sufficient spring travel for this has already been taken into account in the development and design process. The new Crafter thus also provides an all-wheel drive system for the vehicle segment with heavy tonnage: at up to 4 tonnes the new Crafter advances powerfully and reliably when using the all-wheel drive system even on muddy building sites, in forests and up slopes. VW Crafter options include Metallic Paint, Driver Assist Packages (Self Park, Lane Change Assist etc)

Mercedes-Benz Sprinter and the Mercedes Sprinter 7G-TRONIC PLUS 4×4 . This new Mercedes-Benz 4×4 AWD is a true 4×4 that improves traction, thus enhancing driving safety and driving dynamics when off-road in 4×4 mode. This new Sprinter 4×4 is a single wheel with GVM of 4.1t. Mercedes -Benz warranty is a 3 year warranty or until the vehicle has travelled up to 200,000km.

Lounge and Dining area

The ergonomic swivel seats allows the front driver’s and passenger’s seat to be swivelled around to become very comfortable lounge and dining chairs.

The large size of the removable tables provides more dining or work station area to both seats than most larger motorhomes. USB charging ports are within easy reach next to each seat.

To allow you to dine under the stars or under the standard Dometic 3.75m x 2.5m awning, we also provide an external tripod footings, so the dining table can be used outdoors.

The Zenith has a lounge seat for two that is dual purpose. We have created this lounge to convert into a desk or extra bench space. Other options include a low bench storage cabinet or 3rd passenger seat.

The Smart HD LED LCD Wi-Fi TV with built in DVD, is permanently mounted on a high tensile alloy swivel bracket on top of the wardrobe allows the TV to be viewed from the lounge, dining and kitchen areas or while relaxing in bed.

The front lounge/dining area also features LED reading light for each chair and insulated privacy screens for the front and side windows – these screens do not require the suction cups to remain in place.

Additional ventilation is provided by two roof-mounted 12 volt fan hatches. With these units you simply set the speed and air-flow direction (in and out) and the fan automatically starts and stops at your selected temperature.

Exterior Body

The first feature most people notice about the Zenith’s exterior is the driver’s full side slide-out that extends out over 800mm, which contains a very large kitchen (in comparison to other van conversions and smaller motorhomes), genuine island full-sized permanent bed and the large vanity unit of the ensuite. This slide-out is constructed from high-tensile structural alloy in partnership with our patented slide-out system. Due to the slide-out’s size, storage is ample both inside and out. This includes 2 large exterior hatches, and a separate sealed gas bottle hatch that can house 2x 9kg gas bottles.

Slide-out

Revolution’s patented slide-out system provides two major innovations. Firstly, a more serviceable and adjustable slide-out assembly that is very easily maintained, and secondly, a vastly superior pressurised seal that inflates when the slide-out is fully retracted or extended and reduces the pressure while the slide-out is being operated, wiping any tree debris etc off the top & sides of the slide-out as its retracted.

Traditional slide-outs rely on an external flange around the outside perimeter of the slide-out to seal the slide-out against the body, unfortunately this flange traps the debris on top of the slide-out roof, repeatedly damaging the seals every time the slide-out is retracted.
Revolution’s inflatable seal resolves this major cause of water leaks.

Due to Revolution Motorhomes’ engineering and weight distribution, our Zenith does not require any support legs for the slide-out or a roof-top slide-out awning.

Kitchen

With over 3 metres of kitchen bench space, the Zenith kitchen also has 1 small drawer and 3 very large full extension soft close drawers that are fitted with an automatic passive locking system, pantry, quality Dometic 3 burner gas stove, stainless steel sink, quality house hold flick mixer tap, Dometic CoolMatic CRX 140 3-in1 fridge/freezer, rangehood, long overhead cupboard, double usb port, 240v double pole power points and an LG inverter microwave oven. This kitchen houses 2 x 4.5kg gas bottles, with the option to upgrade to 2 x 9kg gas bottles (pictured).

Bed Room

The centrepiece of the bedroom is the slide-out full-sized permanent island bed that extends over 800mm, a large Dometic double glazed window that can be locked in the vented position and includes a built-in fly screen and thermal privacy blind provides great ventilation and two high-quality metal body LED reading light are within easy reach of the bed. Both sides of the bed have their own bedside units with double USB charging port (12v for sleep apnea machines if requested) and storage drawer, plus a Double Pole dual 240v power point.

The space created by sliding the complete bed out 800mm must be seen to be believed and has a huge impact on the spacious feel of the complete motorhome. The mirrored ensuite door and mirrored wardrobe door adds to the feeling of space. You can change the mirrored doors and wardrobe to be the colour of your choosing.

Bedroom storage includes the 1.5m wide wardrobe with overhead cupboard and a massive under bed storage compartment for bulky items such as outdoor chairs etc.

The 24” wide screen Smart HD LED  TV easily rotates into the perfect position to relax in bed and enjoy a movie.

Ensuite with separate shower cubicle

Our Zenith has a rear bathroom that has a large shower cubicle with solid doors and an instantaneous hot water system, swivel cassette toilet with odour extraction system and a vanity unit with a large under bench drawer.

Storage space includes the large soft close drawer under the vanity and behind the mirror there is storage space that can house an optional Daewoo wall-mounted mini front loading washing machine/dryer combo.

Installation of a Collagen Ceramic Ionic Shower head with true 65% water-saving over other standard shower heads, will help extend the water tank’s refilling. This shower head has many benefits that include Vitamin C, negative anions, deodorizing and antibacterial, beneficial for skin allergy sufferers.
